Our college is holding the exams for the County, so we have lots of teenage schoolgirls visiting from all over. The examination is due to take place after lunch. Unfortunately, it seems there may have been something wrong with the meatballs! Nurse Stern doesn't want any of the girls to miss the exam so when they come complaining of tummy pain, she treats them by taking their temperatures anally with close ups, before pushing two suppositories up their tight little bottoms.
